I just recently switched from AT&T with an iPhone to Verizon with a Droid. We were on Verizon before, and I'm glad we're back. The service is far better (not necessarily customer service, but actually using the phone). Reception at our house was terrible on AT&T. I'm not sure if T-Mobile is any different, but you may want to try one out before you commit to a 2 year contract and port your numbers and everything.
